You choose who and what defines you. Family, friends and society do not define who you are as a person. Every day is a new day to take your life back. Rewards do not come easy. Re-train your inner thoughts that you are special, you matter, you are worth it, and you are not their words. You define who you are. It's ok to be sad, just don't stay there.

When you work with us, your journey begins with being truly heard. We will listen first and foremost, offering ideas to re-train your thoughts and setting small goals to help you feel better and proud of the person you are becoming. We take a friend approach, not a therapist approach, because our opinions are based on real-life experience, not clinical training.
